McKee Botanical Garden, located on an 18-acre tropical hammock in Vero Beach, Florida, is where native plants and exotic botanicals combine with Old Florida charm. The Garden features over 10,000 native and tropical plants as well as one of the largest waterlily collections in the state of Florida.

In addition to the Garden’s horticultural beauty, McKee Botanical Garden is a valued resource for cultural enrichment, hosting a variety of programs each season including world-class art exhibits, educational courses for adults and children, and special events.
Don’t miss the 14th Annual Waterlily Celebration on Saturday, June 16, from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm featuring McKee’s vast waterlily collection comprised of 80 varieties and over 300 potted and 100 free-range plants. The gates will open early at 8:30 amfor you to enjoy an early-morning stroll through the Garden to catch a glimpse of some of the night-blooming varieties before they retreat. This event also features repotting demonstrations, plant sales, plein air artists creating original works of art, and the Annual Waterlily Photo Contest on display. Guests will also have an opportunity to speak with our plant experts during this event. Summer admission rates apply.
