Storm Grove Middle School is a green school that is being built with environmental concerns in mind. The building of a school in a greener fashion is new to our District, and the school is very excited and proud to be a part of it. The school’s Community Advisory Committee developed founding ideas for Storm Grove Middle School. These ideas were built upon the environmental aspects of the school and on today’s need for conscientious living within the natural world.

Gifford Middle School
GMS offers a gateway to your child’s future. Through the innovative STEM initiative that stands for science, technology, engineering, and math, students in Project Lead the Way classes learn by doing high-level science to solve problems. GMS students score above state average on science assessments at 57% proficiency and have a 100% passage rate in geometry which allows students go on to excel in careers and college. An example of this exciting learning opportunity is happening this semester. GMS 6th graders are extracting their own DNA, doing dissections of sheeps’ brains and completing a virtual autopsy.
