Wrestling Lessons
Whether your first thought is this is WWE or you know the difference between freestyle/folkstlye wrestling: All ages, genders and skill levels are invited to join our wrestling club. Starting March 4th at 7:30 PM there will be wrestling club sessions starting inside Adrenaline Martial Arts gym. Sessions will be every Tuesday starting March 5th, 7:30 PM.

There’s numerous great reasons to wrestle; strength training and fitness, staying in shape and helping to lose weight, learning and practicing a different sport, having fun in a safe and friendly environment, growing and understanding from different perspectives. Come give it a try, youth kids get a jump on college scholarship opportunities as well as individual growth, HS athletes get a jump on winning tournaments and even the State tournament, young adults and adults beyond their prime alike grow and build on a combination of knowledge and strength through technique and position with leverage… you don’t need to be the biggest or strongest to wrestle and that’s what makes it so great. It’s equal for all.
