The model search for the 2018 HALO No Kill Rescue calendar has begun! Our first annual calendar contest is a fundraiser for HALO, Indian River County's Only No Kill animal rescue. The contest starts on April 1, 2017 and ends on May 31, 2017.
So how does this work?
Step 1: Submit your favorite photo of your pet to our on-line photo contest and Make a $5 Donation to Halo
Step 2: Then go to http://www.halorescuefl.org/calendarcontest to submit your $5 donation, and once your donation has been received, we will add your pet's photo to the contest. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and photo approval.
Step 3: Share the link with your family, friends, and social networks to encourage them to go on-line and vote for your pet.
Prizes: The top 6 dogs and 6 cats with the most votes will win a photo session at a sponsoring business location and be featured on a page of the 2018 calendar! The top 3 most voted pets will also receive gift baskets from H.A.L.O. with pet toys, accessories, treats and more valued at $100 each.

Want a guaranteed spot in the Calendar? Reserve a thumbnail to honor your pet. Your pet's photo will appear in a thumbnail in the calendar. Just choose your favorite photo and pay! First come first serve, as there are only 60 available. This does not enter your pet in the contest. Each thumbnail is a $20 donation.
No pet? You can still participate!
You can sponsor a photo session for an adoptable HALO animal for $10 - let us know if you prefer to sponsor a cat or a dog... we will select an animal that has been at HALO looking for his or her forever home! A professional photograph is a great asset for the animals patiently waiting at HALO to find their forever humans!

All you have to do is complete your submission described above and you will be entered to win. Only one submission required for entry. No duplicates. They will be deleted. Submissions of common photo or images found online will also be deleted. We are looking for unique photos. You may choose to be in the photo and have fun with the contest. We like creativity.
