Full Job Description

Great opportunity with a bustling real estate office! This position reviews and processes real estate listings and contracts, as well as provide assistance to sales associates with a positive and helpful attitude. Data entry includes entering new listings and changes into local Multiple List Service. The position also includes front desk duties, such as answering phones and greeting customers. Will also provide administrative support to Managing Broker as needed. The candidate must be well-versed in technology and possess a cheerful and professional manner.

Admin duties:

  • Review and process listings
  • Enter new listings into MLS
  • Enter price changes, extensions, renewals, and open houses into MLS
  • Create open house email blasts
  • Create feature sheets, postcards, and emails for agents as needed
  • Assist agents with social media and internal software
  • Assist agents with technology and office equipment
  • Assist with new agent onboarding (ie: setting up social media, etc.)
  • Reception duties to include answering phones, greeting customers
  • Schedule showings via ShowingTime
  • Post mail
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Assist in writing press releases
  • Cross-trained for contract and closing processing
  • Support the goals of the office
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· A positive and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment

· Strong organizational skills, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· A minimum of 3 years of office experience is required

· Excellent computer skills required – Microsoft Suite and Social Media

· Knowledge of MLS Matrix helpful

· Knowledge of real estate helpful

· Experience using various office equipment

· Demonstrate professional image including professional attire

The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 per hour
