Cindy O’Dare is a Broker Associate with Premier Estate Properties, and her “coolness” factor is evident just in speaking with her about her past experiences in the real estate industry, all the way through her recent success in the business. A mother of two daughters who O’Dare says has always been blessed with having their respect, she calls her own Vero Beach home her ‘little piece of paradise’ where she enjoys serenity and relaxation in the times she is not working. She cherishes her time there, along with her French Bulldog named Clarabelle – who, by the way, boasts her own Instagram account.

A third-generation native of South Florida, O’Dare began her real estate journey in Miami, where she started as an agent with her own office. There, she also ran a business called “Home At Last,” wherein she rented out homes to various rock groups. She had interactions with stars like Eric Clapton, Eagles, and the The Bee Gees.
“I sold three homes to The Bee Gees in the 1970s,” O’Dare said. “And the Eagles wrote ‘Hotel California’ in one of my rental homes.”
In addition, 461 Ocean Boulevard, Eric Clapton’s second solo studio album, was named for O’Dare’s property at that address in Golden Isles, in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County. It was released in 1974 and included the hit, “I Shot the Sherriff,” a cover of Bob Marley and the Wailers original song.
O’Dare is noted for being a top producer in real estate, which is why she was chosen as an associate for Premier Estate Properties. She now sells and shows homes that are upscale and elite. In her bio on Premier Estate Properties, she is credited with having annual sales repeatedly over $100M and lifetime sales over $1B. She is also ranked as “One of America’s Top Team Real Estate Professionals” by the Wall Street Journal.
She expresses how grateful she is for what she has the honor of doing in Vero Beach. Aligned perfectly with her past history, Cindy is a huge supporter of the arts in the community – everything from Ballet to theatre and has been a sponsor for Music Works. She was involved in the Healthy Start program and serves on the Board of Environmental Science. O’Dare hosts a radio show alongside David Busch, which airs on Friday’s at 3 p.m. on FM 107.9, as well as streaming live on their Facebook page, The Dave and Cindy Show.
“There, but for the Grace of God, go I.”
