Our large state-of-the-art hair color salon attracts the best talent from around the country. We are a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, which means our stylists are trained by Paul Mitchell experts every month on the latest styles and techniques - straight from the runways. Very few salons require such constant training, but fashion and technology are constantly evolving - and who wants last season’s look?
The secret to our success is listening - we pride ourselves on our good communication. We know your hair has to be right for you. None of our talent will do any good if you’re not being heard. That means we listen to you; we have a thorough consultation process, and we ask you a lot of questions. We insist on your satisfaction before you leave.
At True Colors Salon & Spa, we take hair color very seriously, but we like to have fun in the hair department - we serve complimentary wine, beer, beverages and snacks. We want you to be comfortable as our guest. We believe that when you are relaxed and having fun, you will feel more comfortable talking about your hair, and talking comfortably is the best way to get what you want!
Our Guarantee: We want you to love your hair. If you are not thrilled with your hair, we will do it again at no charge. Our guarantee goes one step further: We view it as a compliment when a client calls and wants to change what they've had done. We know it can be very hard to make that phone call. When a client does, what she is saying is, "Maybe I don't like my hair like this, but I am comfortable enough with you to come back and have you change it." That means we are meeting our most important goal, to make our clients comfortable enough to be honest - really honest, about their hair. Only then will they get what they want and our business will flourish.
