Chef Michael Amaral and family have been residents of Vero Beach for 9 years. Chef Michael has worked in fine dining at famous 5-star hotels, restaurants, and private clubs.  
 
His Father was a culinary teacher and inspired him to cook and create. With a background in fine dining, unique eats, and a certified sommelier in house, River Twist has something for everyone.
