GoodLife Fitness is  owned and operated by Peggy Hamilton, a fourth generation Vero Beach native with over 40 years work experience in the health and wellness field.  She is a nationally certified fitness trainer, senior wellness coach, group exercise instructor and licensed massage therapist. Her passion is helping clients improve and maintain quality of life with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
