We offer two styles of classes,yoga and barre, with many variations of the two. We also offer Paddleboard Yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, for the more advanced yogi. Designed with simplicity in mind, you’ll find our studio boasts an airy space with cork floor, complimentary props from Manduka, and infrared heaters. Be sure to take a peek at our studio boutique filled with clothing and accesories from ALO Yoga, Teeki, Manduka, Beyond Yoga, and much more. We encourage anyone who is new to the practice to begin your journey with Vero Beach Yoga Barre!
