Join Instructor Charlie Ottesen in the Gardens for Yang style Tai Chi. Come and have fun while you get stronger, develop better balance, release stress, decrease blood pressure and gain a calmer mind. Students will warm up with Chen style movements, learn the first section of the Yang form, learn the Tai Chi Walk and the advanced techniques of Wave Hands at Clouds, Brush Knee and a Standing Still Meditation. Registration begins first Wednesday of each month. The fee is $10 per person, per class (member or non-member).
