Self-defense class at Studio 14

Join us for our next five-hour personal self-defense class, and we will teach you self-defense moves that will dispatch an attacker in the blink of an eye ... and so much more. You will be prepared with the knowledge and skills needed to avoid injury and possibly save your life if your personal safety is threatened. We teach this class on the second Saturday of each month. Women of all ages will benefit from attending. Must be 18 or accompanied by mom or dad to attend. Private training is also available. Class instruction is available in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian. Total personal self-defense taught in five hours–guaranteed!
