Our commitment to community well-being continues with a new quarter of Karmic Yoga starting in January. This season, we're proud to support the Next Generation Female PTSD Support Group. Join our monthly charity classes to contribute directly to this impactful organization. Your participation fosters community awareness and supports the well-being of veterans, first responders, and their families. Join us in giving back and building a foundation of care and compassion in our community.

Karmic Yoga, often known as "Yoga of Service" or "Seva Yoga," encourages selfless acts and giving back to the community. Our practice together embodies this philosophy, as the funds generated from your presence here directly support these beautiful birthday celebrations. Through yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness, we honor the essence of karmic yoga, fostering a sense of unity and purpose within our community.

Come join us in this heart-centered yoga class, where your yoga journey not only enriches your well-being and our practice together can make a difference in the lives of many, spreading love and compassion through our collective efforts.
