The City of Vero Beach Recreation Department’s 59^th Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017.  Line up begins at 9:30a.m. at the Vero Beach Women’s Club parking lot (1534 21^st Street).  The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. and will walk from the Vero Beach Women’s Club to the Vero Beach Community Center (2266 14^th Avenue).  The costume contest will take place in the Vero Beach Community Center.  All ages are welcome to participate in the parade.  There will be prizes for best costumes ages 0 – 17.  All children will receive a free goody bag!  Enter a float or walking group by completing the parade application found on the City of Vero Beach website www.covb.org.  Entry is FREE!  For more information please call 231-4787 or 567-2144.  The 59^th Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest is sponsored by Mulligan’s Beach House and the George E.
