Mckee Botanical Garden Announces Winners of Annual Waterlily Photo Contest

VERO BEACH, Fla. – June 18, 2018 – McKee Botanical Garden is pleased to announce the winners of 15th Annual Waterlily Photo Contest.

On Friday, June 14, 117 beautiful photos submitted by local residents and beyond were judged during the 15^th Annual Waterlily Celebration at McKee Botanical Garden. Judges selected a first, second and third place winner, as well as an honorable mention in the following adult categories (Color, Black and White, and Manipulated). A Youth category for photographers 17 and under was also judged and a 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winner was chosen. During the Annual Waterlily Celebration on Saturday, the public was given the opportunity to cast their vote for the “People’s Choice” award.

Nikki Kalin literally has the Treasure Coast, especially Vero Beach as her home and her office. Having grown up and educated in Indian River County Nikki works with a deep knowledge to tend Vero Vine with a continual reach into all the communities of the Treasure Coast.
