Cinnamon Sauteed Bananas With Hazelnuts1 Banana- not too ripe1-2 tbsp organic smart balance 3 tbsp honey Cinnamon Small handful of raw hazelnuts chopped Vanilla extract Preheat a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add smart balance to the pan. Cut banana length wise. Place cut side down in the hot pan for a couple minutes or till browned. Place banana on a plate. Add hazelnuts to the pan, swirl them around till lightly browned. Turn off the heat. Pour honey, cinnamon, and vanilla into the pan. Once it's bubbly and thickened pour over the sautéed banana. Add a little whipped cream or ice cream if desired, but it's delicious on its own! Enjoy!
