Bacon Pancakes Your favorite bacon. Your favorite pancake batter. Cook bacon mid way. In a flat pan with medium heat place a strip of bacon and use a tablespoon to drizzle the batter around the edges only of the bacon strip. It is ok if you go outside of the lines :) Flip and finish cooking as you would a normal pancake and walla. Serve.
