Terri Graham, President, IRSC and Christi Shields, Director, Treasure Coast Technical College, will discuss “Trends in Higher Education” at a speaker luncheon sponsored by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) at 11:30am on Saturday, Feb. 15, in the Richardson Center of Indian River State College in Vero Beach.
