Join Sonya Louise for an evening of Full Moon Forest Bathing.</p><p>Forest Bathing is the practice of taking a leisurely, mindful visit to a forest or other natural setting for health benefits. The practice originated in Japan where it is called Shinrin-Yoku (森林浴).</p><p>The practice is proven by scientists to benefit physical as well as mental health.
