64-acres of learning on an island in the Indian River Lagoon. A Discovery Station with aquariums and exhibits, annual EcoFest, golf tournament, walk along raised wooden boardwalks, gift shop, boating, workshops, summer camps, canoeing and hiking.

#6 – McLarty Treasure Museum

Real Spanish treasure from 1715 and other historical artifacts. Pottery, weapons, and salvaged ship wreckage. Purchase a piece of history in the gift shop.

#7 – Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge

America’s First National Wildlife Refuge. Reservations can be made with a local boat tour operator or local boat, kayak and canoe tour vendors that offer rentals.
