In Helia’s classes, women of all shapes and figures (14 and older) enjoy learning new ways to move, on fascinating ageless rhythms. Join them, to experience an enhancement of self-image and an empowerment over your own life as you'll develop a deeper connection to your environment, relax, get stronger, more flexible, and acquire a better balance!

Suggested attire: barefoot, a low waist skirt or yoga pants with a close fitting top (exposing the midriff is recommended but optional). A coin belt helps and will be provided for your first month.

Helia means “Shining Light” and suits well the Spirited Belly Dancer of the Treasure Coast. She has enchanted audiences of Costa Rica, British Columbia, and Quebec with the Grace and Joy of her Dance. Helia became a Belly Dance instructor in 2003, after being an actress and drama teacher for 15 years. Her Master level knowledge and experience of Somatic Education enhances the efficiency of her teaching. Helia cares deeply about her students and respects them equally, regardless to their abilities or looks. She currently offers classes all over the Treasure Coast, with the goal of promoting a state of global health.
