Walking Yogis!
Join Life Coach Emily Neto for an all levels walking group for yogis and nature lovers! Add some light cardio into your weekly routine with a walk through Hardee Park. Start your day with an hour of walking, talking and community. Emily will add interval training options which can be done at your own comfort level.
Adding a brisk walk to your weekly routine has been shown to help:
• Maintain a healthy weight
• Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood
pressure and type 2 diabetes
• Strengthen your bones and muscles
• Improve your mood
• Improve your balance and coordination
The group dynamic will help keep you motivated and on track, so grab a friend and add Walking Yogis to your weekly calendar. Wednesdays, 8 am at Hardee Park on Barber and Sebastian, Starting April 5th, there is no charge for this group. The full walk is about 3 miles, weather permitting, and takes about an hour. You can join for the whole walk or give yourself time to build up for the full 3 miles.
