Spend a relaxing hour exploring nature on the Environmental Learning Center's boardwalks and trails to refresh the body and mind. Walking Qigong, often referred to as Chinese Yoga, uses breath and intention to enhance the flow of energy and overall well-being. Follow Janet Zabrosky, of As the Chi Flows, through the paths and boardwalks of the ELC campus. The gentle exercises improve balance and flexibility and is great for all ages and abilities. You can reserve online at discoverELC.org or just show up 10 minutes before class starts to register. Wlks begin at ELC's Welcome Center at 8:30 every Thursday through May 25th and starts again next season. Fee includes your all day pass to the ELC campus. Cost: $10 non-member. $8 ELC member.
