During the main season from October to April the meetings are held in the Leonhardt Auditorium in the Vero Beach Museum of Art with the exception of December which is a holiday gathering held outside of the museum at locations determined each year. The public is cordially invited to attend all general meetings. A guest artist demonstration, presentation or other special feature makes for an enjoyable function. Refreshments are served between 6:30 and 7:00 pm followed by the business meeting and program at 7:00 pm
