World-class teachers provide instruction by ear in multiple traditions, teaching melodies, ornaments, chords, groove, develop improvisational skills, coach bands, etc. We maintain a low student-teacher ratio in group classes, which are divided by ability level, so that everyone learns in an environment of peers. Creative work is done in small bands that make their own arrangements to perform for the public at the end of camp. 

Full Fee for the MBSC Main Week is $780, which covers Tuition and Food for 6 days. Tuition-only Fee for local students who don't want the Meal Plan is $600. Scholarships are available.
