Daniel has been brewing Kombucha since 2011. He discovered Kombucha while working as an engineer in the medical device industry. Over the next two years, Kombucha helped dramatically improve his health by detoxifying and reducing weight. He loves to share and teach the benefits of daily consumption with friends and family, and in 2013, he turned his passion into a business, founding Living Vitalitea in Orlando, FL. His Kombucha is now sold in over 40 retail locations across central Florida, including Whole Foods and Chamberlains.
