It’s a Free-Fur- All! H.A.L.O.’s first ever ALL FEES WAIVED ADOPTION SPECIAL for ALL kittens in both locations! Thanks to our incredible donors, to date, the adoption fees of 50 kittens have been waived through your sponsorship. Every season H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue intakes hundreds of kittens from our county, and this year has already brought us over 300 looking for homes.  Both our main shelter in Sebastian and our Vero mall location are filled with adorable kittens that have been loved by incredible foster families and are looking for forever homes.
