These workshops were created for you, for me, and our Girls Inside. Our Girls are leading the day, taking the wheel, awakening....

This month's workshop will focus on not being lazy with your ideas.

Bring a notebook or journal, vulnerability and a friend.

Please leave home your ego, fear and judgment. The Studio is no place for THAT! 

Jammies are optional, but fun. God knows, we need more fun in our lives!

The cost is $25 (cash or check) and your Girl Inside comes for free. 
Light snack is provided.
