Creative Concrete Worker/Artisan

Coulter Designs is hiring concrete/plaster, laborer and management positions .

We specialize in fabricating, custom concrete furniture, counter tops, as well as artistic floor and wall applications. This position is an opportunity to learn unique concrete and plaster skills and become an artisan of our trade. No experience is required, but it is a plus. If you are motivated to learn and hardworking, we always provide paid on-the-job training.

Job expectations / requirements:

• Fast Paced Labor work
• Some heavy lifting
• Concrete troweling and grinding
• Application of finish coatings
• Mold pouring
• Set up and clean up
• Creative flair is a plus but not required
• Concrete finishing experience is a plus but not required
• Be willing to learn our techniques
• Pay is based on your experience and what skills you can bring to the table
