Local Store Owner Admin Assistant Position

Assist with day-to-day operations and help the local store owner navigate their day. As a personal assistant, you will work with the shop owner. You will be relied upon to know that persons schedule inside and out. You will help plan their days, work with them to coordinate social, marketing, travel, draft emails, and possibly other duties like answering phones, filing, coordinating meetings and appointments, some light travel etc.
Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instructions, your ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up is appreciated. Also, you might need to relate messages or instructions to others.
People/Interpersonal Skills: You will be working directly with shop owner, customers, partners and vendors. A positive attitude at all times is a must. We believe there is always positive and amicable solution for all parties.
Organizational Skills: Be organized to keep the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, social media posting, travel plans, light bookkeeping, billing, errands, etc.
Computer Skills: Apple OS, iPhone is a Must. Microsoft Office / Google Docs, Web Browsers, Calendars, Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, creating spreadsheets or printing documents. Require at least a high school diploma. An associate degree or experience is desired. Graphic design experience is a plus.
Salary commensurates with experience.
